One year of full-time equivalent work in private practice or related legal position
Interest in leasehold enfranchisement
Willing to develop skills in technical aspects of leasehold enfranchisement

Able to work from home in England and Wales
Within 2.5 hours by train of Central London and willing to travel for monthly meetups
What the job involves
Assist with initial title investigations and service of Section 42 Notices.
Prepare and submit UN1 and UN2 applications and other documents.
Handle AML checks, completion formalities, and post-completion tasks.
Provide daily support to Legal Director and Case Managers.
Opportunity for career advancement and support towards solicitor qualification after one year.
