• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing, mostly in partner/channel marketing
• Good business acumen and skills in interpreting data and campaign performance
• Proactive individual capable of developing and driving programs without regular oversight

• Understanding the needs of the partner sales team
• Prepared to travel as needed for meetings and events
• Customer-centric approach to business practice

What the job involves

• Developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives for UK&I sales team in retail and new verticals
• Collaborating with sales team to create marketing campaigns tailored for partner’s go-to-market strategies
• Managing integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
• Building strong relationships with retail partners and managing the partner enablement team
• Managing marketing development funds and providing insights for optimization
• Coordinating budget planning and reporting for European marketing operations, finding efficiencies and streamlining processes
