- Subscription or consumable product experience strongly preferred

- Strong client management skills and ability to build trust
- Deep interest in subscription CPG and retention best practices
- Experience with A/B testing and lifecycle optimization programs
- Familiarity with subscription platforms like Skio ReCharge or similar
- Familiarity with Slack Linear and Figma
- AI-native mindset using tools like Claude to enhance work
