Remote Revenue Accountant Job in Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Abrigo

Who you are

• 3-5 years of Accounting, Finance, or related field experience
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP Accounting and ASC 606
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Exceptional time management and ability to prioritize multiple priorities
• Ability to analyze complex contracts for pertinent information
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and time/project tracking software is preferred

Desirables

• CPA
• Public accounting experience
• SaaS industry experience

What the job involves

• Partner with services teams to ensure timely and accurate tracking of project hours and budgets
• Manage AR activities of multiple business units
• Perform revenue recognition analysis to ensure accuracy
• Prepare and review backlog reports
• Serve as the main liaison between accounting and services teams focusing on data accuracy and process improvement
• Continually improve revenue processes while ensuring compliance with ASC 606
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, and FP&A teams
• Assist in yearly financial audits and regulatory reporting.
