Requirements
- 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
- Experience managing or supervising billing collections AR follow-up or denials teams
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance billing and payer processes
- Experience with behavioral healthcare mental health substance use treatment RTC PHP IOP or outpatient services preferred
- Experience with Kipu preferred
- Familiarity with billing platforms clearinghouses EHRs and payer portals
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with revenue cycle KPIs and reporting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities

Day to day
- Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations across a growing behavioral healthcare platform.
- Manage billing claims collections denials appeals payment posting and reporting with accuracy and urgency.
- Partner with operations clinical finance and external billing teams to improve workflows resolve issues and support scalable growth.
