Experience influencing and collaborating across disciplines including product, engineering, ux, data and finance
Extensive experience in customer acquisition, cross and up-sell and retention preferably at a fintech or financial services organization
Experience driving research and data for customer segmentation
Experience using data/analytics to determine and measure the impact of your work
The ability to thrive in uncertainty resolve ambiguity and think quickly on your feet
Desirables
Domain expertise in the payments and/or fintech space
Experience working in eCommerce
Experience using Shopify or any ‘like’ eCommerce platforms is a plus

What the job involves
Develop clear and compelling product narratives and positioning by understanding merchant and partner needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive forces.
Define the go-to-market strategy to enable successful product launches and growth campaigns by working cross-functionally with Product Management, UX, Engineering, Marketing, PR, Support, Data and Revenue Operations and Sales.
Create strategies to drive product growth through all stages of the merchant adoption funnel from awareness, adoption, through to advocacy.
Help influence the products we are building through deep market analysis, competitive research and merchant/partner feedback; collaborate with product teams to optimize product elements that boost user engagement and alleviate product issues and gaps.
Identify KPIs, set targets, and analyze the results of product launches and growth efforts against those targets
Communicate effectively and often to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned
