Requirements
- 3+ years in analytical roles supporting enterprise GTM teams such as BizOps Revenue Operations or Revenue Enablement
- Experience at a growth-stage company with 50-200 employees strongly preferred
- Strong hypothesis-driven analytical rigor with clear logic and point of view
- Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment and learn new tools quickly
- AI fluency with practical experience improving GTM workflows and team processes
- Strong documentation skills with well-structured materials for the audience
- Comfort as a primary Salesforce admin with experience building maintaining and improving the instance
- Curiosity and familiarity with other GTM tools
- Experience in ads ad tech or performance marketing is a plus

Day to day
- Own the end-to-end Revenue Operations program for a profitable marketplace and act as a trusted partner to Customer Success and Business Development leaders.
- Lead GTM planning, including compensation planning and goal-setting, to support the company's next growth milestone.
- Build rigorous dashboards, diagnose performance gaps, and deliver clear actionable recommendations that improve decision-making.
- Administer Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack, strengthen data integrity, drive adoption, and introduce new AI-powered tools and processes.
