MissionOwn the complete Go High Level platform and lead operations infrastructure that removes friction from our revenue engine. You'll diagnose what's built wrong in GHL, architect a scalable system from the ground up, eliminate manual work that slows down sales and marketing, and build the dashboards and data infrastructure that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health and forecast accuracy. Your technical depth and relentless focus on velocity will unlock the operational foundation our sales team depends on to hit quota.
Core ResponsibilitiesGo High Level / CRM Architecture & VelocityDay one: Conduct full platform audit—diagnose what's built incorrectly, identify broken automation, flag technical debt, and prioritize fixes for immediate impactOngoing: Build a modern, scalable GHL architecture from the ground up: design all pipeline workflows, lead-routing logic, triggers, and sequences as an integrated systemEliminate manual work: identify where sales, marketing, or ops teams are doing repetitive, error-prone tasks and automate them awayDesign and implement CRM compliance framework (contact data quality, field hygiene, activity logging, audit trails) with visible dashboard metrics—not self-reportedCreate and maintain a complete, living GHL playbook: every workflow, alert, trigger, integration point, edge case, and escalation path documented for repeatability and onboardingOwn all integrations between GHL, Zendesk, and downstream systems; ensure data flows cleanly end-to-end and stays consistent
Lead Operations & Targeting VelocityBuild an end-to-end lead intake and enrichment system: take raw lists (ServiceTitan exports, partner data, campaigns) and turn them into clean, segmented, ready-to-sell setsUse Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and custom enrichment to segment leads by vertical, revenue level, contractor type, geography, and custom criteria on demandDesign automation that routes unqualified and niche leads into appropriate nurture sequences, freeing sales to focus on hot, ready-to-close opportunitiesMaintain lead source hygiene and measure what drives quality: track which sources, segments, and campaigns convert fastest and at highest valueDocument all list-building processes; make list operations a repeatable, scalable function
Revenue Visibility, Reporting & ForecastingOwn multi-touch attribution: map credit across SDR calls, marketing touches, inbound channels, and paid campaigns; build a model that's commission-ready and tells the truth about channel effectivenessBuild and maintain revenue dashboards at three levels:Executive view: Pipeline health, conversion trends, forecast vs. actuals, quota trajectorySales manager view: Team and individual rep metrics (activity, conversion, pipeline movement, forecast)Individual rep view: Personal activity, conversion, pipeline, opportunity statusRun weekly pipeline reviews: report on lead volume, call activity, conversion rates, forecast vs. actuals; surface trends, risks, and anomalies; drive data-informed decision-makingCreate and own weekly/monthly reporting cadence; present findings to leadership and sales leadership with clear narratives and next stepsIdentify where data is stale, missing, or unreliable; fix it at the source (not in the report)
Sales-to-Onboarding Integration & Handoff AutomationDesign and automate the sales-to-onboarding handoff: capture call metadata (caller, prospect, call date/duration, demo requested, objections, budget, timeline) and auto-populate GHLBuild sync workflows so call notes, deal stage, opportunity details, and prospect context flow automatically from GHL to Zendesk; onboarding team inherits context, never re-asks what sales already learnedEliminate process seams: ensure sales and onboarding are operationally connected; measure handoff quality and iteration time; identify friction and fix itAutomate data handoff where possible; eliminate manual re-entry and context switching
Required Qualifications3+ years of hands-on Go High Level expertise: You can audit a GHL instance, spot architecture problems, fix them on day one, and explain why every automation mattersLead enrichment & targeting: Demonstrated deep use of Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo (or similar) to build clean, segmented, targeted lead sets from raw dataCRM automation & workflow design: Built complex, multi-step workflows with conditional routing, triggers, sequences, and integrations in GHL or equivalent platformRevenue reporting & dashboards: Created dashboards in Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar; comfortable with SQL, data transformation, or analytics tools; can translate data into narrativeVelocity mindset: You see inefficiency and eliminate it; you're energized by removing bottlenecks; you optimize for speed and clarity; you obsess over saving time for the sales teamComfortable in ambiguity: Early-stage SaaS environment; willingness to design processes and systems from scratch; bias toward action and iteration
