Requirements
- Associates of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university or equivalent certification
- 2-year Associates/Drafter certification
- 5 years CAD experience
- Minimum 1 year BIM/Revit experience
- Proven experience updating Revit/BIM files with several hundred files and cross-references
- Ability to use various software programs to update and produce work products
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to clear background security investigations for contractors in accordance with VA Directive and Handbook 0710

Day to day
- Create and edit MEP Revit and CAD files for design projects within existing facilities.
- Build functioning BIM/Revit models from existing as-built documentation and support project closeout as-builts.
- Perform on-site CAD verification and coordinate with architectural structural and fire protection subconsultants while ensuring compliance with client CAD standards.
