Who you are

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in hardware design with a focus on RF/analog circuits.
• Strong understanding of RF/microwave theory transmission line theory and antenna theory.
• Proficiency in using schematic capture tools such as Altium or Cadence.
• Experience in circuit and layout simulations and PCB layout guidelines for high-speed high-frequency designs.
• Familiarity with LTE 5G and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-functional environment.

What the job involves

• Collaborate with firmware software and mechanical engineers to ensure detailed integration and efficient performance of the RRH system.
• Develop and implement test plans to validate RRH performance compliance with industry standards and reliability under various environmental conditions.
• Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and components to improve RRH performance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and field teams during product introduction and deployment.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation including design specifications test reports and user manuals.
