Who you are
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of work experience in hardware design with a focus on RF/analog circuits.
Strong understanding of RF/microwave theory transmission line theory and antenna theory.
Proficiency in using schematic capture tools such as Altium or Cadence.
Experience in circuit and layout simulations and PCB layout guidelines for high-speed high-frequency designs.
Familiarity with LTE 5G and industry standards.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-functional environment.
What the job involves
Collaborate with firmware software and mechanical engineers to ensure detailed integration and efficient performance of the RRH system.
Develop and implement test plans to validate RRH performance compliance with industry standards and reliability under various environmental conditions.
Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Research and evaluate new technologies and components to improve RRH performance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Provide technical support to manufacturing and field teams during product introduction and deployment.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation including design specifications test reports and user manuals.
