What the job involves

  • Lead the LPT rig mechanical design satisfying program and internal design requirements.
  • Spearhead a culture of collaboration within the LPT rig mechanical team and integrate within global mechanical and RISE Open Fan teams.
  • Ensure successful LPT technology and program execution by coordinating with interfacing disciplines and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure the LPT rig mechanical team meets milestones by prioritizing tasks and maintaining accountability for deliverables.
  • Maintain open and effective communication channels with all stakeholders while advocating for safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) improvements.
