What the job involves
Lead the LPT rig mechanical design satisfying program and internal design requirements.
Spearhead a culture of collaboration within the LPT rig mechanical team and integrate within global mechanical and RISE Open Fan teams.
Ensure successful LPT technology and program execution by coordinating with interfacing disciplines and cross-functional teams.
Ensure the LPT rig mechanical team meets milestones by prioritizing tasks and maintaining accountability for deliverables.
Maintain open and effective communication channels with all stakeholders while advocating for safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) improvements.
