Day to day
- Support the Global Director of Risk & Compliance in building and enforcing compliance frameworks across an international nonprofit network.
- Manage legal entity lifecycle tasks including registrations filings renewals and governance records.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and drive policy implementation while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute due diligence investigations reporting and risk mitigation activities with strong documentation and confidentiality.
