Requirements
- Comprehensive technical understanding of computer systems
- Prior experience with autonomous hardware systems or computer vision applications preferred
- Hands-on experience with hardware in operational environments
- Experience with system assembly disassembly and on-site debugging
- Ability to coordinate installation planning across mechanical electrical software and network components
- Strong software debugging and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present technical information clearly to diverse audiences
- Valid driving license required

Day to day
- Deploy robots within warehouse sites across North America and travel for 1-2 weeks at a time.
- Work closely with commercial and engineering teams to deliver seamless sales integration and deployment experiences.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for installation setup calibration troubleshooting and technical issue resolution on site.
