Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Robotics Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Computer Science or related technical field
- 5+ years of professional experience in a technical role supporting critical onboard and off-board systems
- Hands-on experience with deployed robotics is a strong plus
- Ability to travel up to 20% to customer sites across the U.S.
- Proficiency in Python Rust C++ or similar with Linux and version control
- Strong understanding of robotics stacks including sensor fusion computer vision motion planning controls and embedded systems
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems CAN bus communication and use industry debug tools
- Experience with data visualization and analytical tools to turn logs into performance metrics

Day to day
- Own field deployment success for autonomous excavators by bridging R&D and construction sites
- Run data-driven evaluations on site logs to predict performance and validate release readiness
- Debug issues across sensors hardware compute and onboard/offboard software to keep systems operating reliably
- Collaborate with partnerships and customers to align site selection with product roadmap and explain system value clearly
