Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English
- Living in the Swindon area is advantageous
- Computer skills in MS Office and Teams
- Sociable eager to learn and customer-oriented
- Self-motivated and able to solve problems independently and in customer settings
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge and interest in technical topics such as software hardware robotics and mechanics
- 60-70% travel required

Day to day
- You will be responsible for testing maintaining and repairing the various shuttle systems and associated mobile racking systems at various customer sites across the UK
- Projects may require travel abroad and being away from home for a week is sometimes necessary
- You will supervise assembly teams in large repairs or installations of mobile racks and support end users and integrators with mechanical support L1 and L2 support on site by telephone and via remote connection
- Additionally commissions and provides customer training for automated systems and racking systems
