Requirements
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience in Head Start early childhood EdTech or long-cycle institutional B2B SaaS
- Deep knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards HSPPS Head Start operations in-kind and federal monitoring
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder long-cycle sales and meet or exceed quota
- Strong relationship-building skills with mission-driven leaders
- Confident presenting and demoing AI-powered tools to diverse audiences
- Experience attending and networking at Head Start conferences
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Ability to manage a remote territory independently

Day to day
- Build and manage a national pipeline of Head Start grantees delegate agencies and related programs

- Attend national regional and state conferences to build trust and generate new opportunities
- Manage long B2B SaaS sales cycles and collaborate on pilots proposals and onboarding
