Who you are

  • 10 years of Sales experience
  • 3-4 years of SaaS software sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Experience in pipeline development and executive client relationship building
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce.com strongly preferred)
  • Willing to travel from 20% up to 40%

Desirables

  • Education in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, or Operations Research
  • Experience with pricing and revenue optimization, CPQ, SCM, software sales or CRM
  • Global mindset
  • Fluent English
  • Self-starter



What the job involves

  • Leads, develops, implements, and executes account strategies and directs activities needed to achieve sales objectives
  • Identifies appropriate target customers in a defined geography and/or industry vertical
  • Articulates the value proposition of the PROS solution set to prospective customers at all levels
  • Builds a solid and continuous sales pipeline to ensure delivery of sales targets
  • Manages client relationships through to negotiation
  • Works internally with R&D, product marketing and others on positioning products or designing demos
  • Works with partners to extend reach and new opportunities
