Who you are

  • Understanding of the UK Rail or mobility transport sector
  • Experience with sales process
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Track record of success in sales
  • Knowledge of client services and products
  • Ability to engage in business value discussions with clients
  • Self-motivated and willing to spend time on client sites
  • Understanding of financial, sales and bid management
  • Experience building strong sales pipeline and closing deals

  • Passion for the transport industry
  • Knowledge of Rail and Mobility market
  • Ability to work within a matrixed team
  • Strong financial, sales and bid management skills



What the job involves

  • Create strong relationships with clients where trust and reputation are built
  • Identify new business opportunities and work with the Account Director to support their execution
  • Drive revenue through account management and maintain these in Salesforce
  • Ensure contractual requirements between Client and Worldline are met and manage operational performance
  • Manage account invoicing, cash collection and annual contract indexation
  • Understand and manage the account P&L focusing on margin and revenue
  • Develop and present Account Plan updates twice yearly
  • Maintain customer satisfaction across all global and regional metrics
  • Work with Product Managers to present quarterly client-facing product strategy roadmaps
