  • Proven experience in a sales role ideally within a similar or larger agency
  • A track record of success in sales and marketing with a focus on achieving results and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a hunger to drive sales and earn significant commissions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly and effectively convey ideas and information to potential clients
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and to negotiate effectively with them
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • High level of English proficiency (C2 level)
  • Experience and proficiency with at least one CRM tool such as HubSpot Pipedrive Close.com or SurgeChat
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and respond quickly to new opportunities and challenges
  • A passion for advertising and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments
