Requirements
- 1-3 years consultative solutions-based sales experience
- Expertise communicating via phone & email
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Hustle determination and a positive attitude
- Demonstrate business acumen and understanding of how Nonprofit organizations operate
- Possess the ability to perform in a dynamic fast-changing environment
- Ability to adapt to new situations quickly in a very fast paced industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to have major input in defining the success of your role
- Proficiency in one additional European language is preferred
Nice to have
- Proficiency in additional European languages
- Experience using social-selling mediums
Day to day
- Collaborate with aligned Account Executive(s) to strategize and solidify new meetings/ conversations with prospects
- Pro-actively identify qualified leads through research of named accounts and effectively articulate the value proposition of Altrata products
- Leverage a new-school Sales Prospecting approach that provides value to potential prospects, by leveraging video and other social-selling mediums
- Create prospect curiosity through personalized call email social and video campaigns
