  • High degree of curiosity

  • Comfortable working with high volumes of data across multiple pieces of software



What the job involves

  • You will work with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing team
  • Generate contact and business research using various sales prospecting technology
  • Responsible for strategic planning and research of organisations aligning with our Ideal Client Profile
  • Research accounts, identify key players and strategically research key contacts
  • Work with Mid-Market and Enterprise companies (500+ employees) and research key stakeholders
  • Identify business challenges and align these goals with relevant Perkbox
  • Vivup products
  • Work with Marketing Team on various BAU projects for generating new business within marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with SDR team to build a pipeline in 500+ employee space


Application process

  • 30 Minute screening call with the Talent Team
  • First stage interview our Chief Revenue Officer, followed by a 2nd stage interview to get to know some more of the team
  • Our process usually lasts 2-3 weeks
