What the job involves

• Appoint a Sales Director to complement the senior management team
• Set and achieve sales objectives and clear goals
• Support individual and collective targets for sales
• Grow and maintain excellent customer relationships
• Deliver sales that fulfill business needs in terms of profit and sustainability
• Manage sales activities of the business, including external and internal sales, commercial and design
• Develop and implement overall sales strategy
• Work with Sales Manager to build account plans for major accounts
• Achieve annual sales volume budget and support investment plans
• Oversee CRM system usage
• Build and implement a strong marketing plan
• Build intercompany relationships to work on joint opportunities and best practices
• Participate in training or mentoring to improve knowledge and job capabilities
