Day to day
- Appoint a Sales Director to complement the senior management team
- Set and achieve sales objectives and clear goals
- Support individual and collective targets for sales
- Grow and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Deliver sales that fulfill business needs in terms of profit and sustainability
- Manage sales activities of the business, including external and internal sales, commercial and design
- Develop and implement overall sales strategy
- Work with Sales Manager to build account plans for major accounts
- Achieve annual sales volume budget and support investment plans
- Oversee CRM system usage
- Build and implement a strong marketing plan
- Build intercompany relationships to work on joint opportunities and best practices
- Participate in training or mentoring to improve knowledge and job capabilities
