Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field or equivalent experience
- 5-8+ years in sales enablement proposal management or related B2B roles
- Experience supporting large relationship-driven accounts with extended sales cycles
- Direct hands-on experience owning RFP workflows and proposal tooling
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with B2B sales pipelines funnel stages and opportunity progression
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- High degree of business judgment and discretion
- Ability to collaborate across Sales Marketing and subject matter experts

Day to day
- Execute and operationalize sales enablement programs and campaigns across CRM and marketing automation platforms to improve sales effectiveness.
- Partner with Sales to translate positioning value propositions and strategy into buyer-aligned narratives plays and assets.
- Lead end-to-end RFP and proposal workflows including intake timelines coordination quality control and final submission.
- Maintain and improve content libraries tools and templates to ensure consistency speed and differentiation.
