Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5-8+ years in sales enablement proposal management or related B2B roles
  • Experience supporting large relationship-driven accounts with extended sales cycles
  • Direct hands-on experience owning RFP workflows and proposal tooling
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Familiarity with B2B sales pipelines funnel stages and opportunity progression
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • High degree of business judgment and discretion
  • Ability to collaborate across Sales Marketing and subject matter experts

Day to day

  • Execute and operationalize sales enablement programs and campaigns across CRM and marketing automation platforms to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Partner with Sales to translate positioning value propositions and strategy into buyer-aligned narratives plays and assets.
  • Lead end-to-end RFP and proposal workflows including intake timelines coordination quality control and final submission.
  • Maintain and improve content libraries tools and templates to ensure consistency speed and differentiation.
