  • 7+ years in sales enablement or operations
  • Proven track record of mentoring both senior and junior team members
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Deep knowledge of modern onboarding and ongoing enablement programs
  • Engaging presentation and coaching style
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of sales effectiveness and enablement tool stacks
  • Comfortable engaging with company executives
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency in meeting deadlines
