Who you are

  • Previous sales experience
  • CAD/ drawing capability is desirable
  • Familiar with all aspects of factory site installations
  • Knowledge of the system design, best practices and implementation of cooling system design
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence customers
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process showing ownership and tenacity
  • Ability to articulate and sell the distinct competitive advantages of products and services
  • Experience developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Hold a UK driving license and be happy with travelling

What the job involves

  • Owning, achieving, and exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Maintaining and constructively using a CRM system with call reporting and scheduling
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understanding and feeding back into the company key customer and market trends within the territory
  • Monthly reporting of sales and market activities with variance against PY and Budget
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Organising customer call planning to effectively fulfil the role and achieve budget
