Who you are

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a sales engineer with hands-on experience executing pilots.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in IT support or development.
  • Minimum 1 year experience writing code.
  • Strong working knowledge of Linux and Java.
  • Outstanding storyteller and presenter.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Self-starter and capable of working autonomously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and social skills.
  • Record of building strong customer relationships.
  • Experience with JVM internals.
  • Experience in application performance analysis and tuning.
  • Experience with technologies like Cassandra Spark Kubernetes Elastic and cloud providers such as Azure and AWS.
  • Analytical problem solver.
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Analyze customer business and technical needs and communicate to engineering teams.
  • Comfortable with up to 30% travel.
  • Open-minded with a fun attitude to work and comfortable with ambiguity.
