Who you are

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of the company's products and their applications
  • Strong technical skills in relevant areas, such as software engineering, network engineering, systems engineering, or another technical discipline
  • Ability to analyze technical requirements and design appropriate solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical issues and customer needs
  • Understanding of sales processes and techniques, with the ability to support the sales team effectively
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs
  • Excellent presentation skills to effectively demonstrate products and solutions to customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation and proposals
  • Several years of experience in a technical role, such as engineering, IT, or product development, is often required
  • Previous experience in a sales engineering or technical sales support role is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with the industry in which the company operates, including knowledge of competitors and market trends
  • Understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and evolving product features
  • Sales-related certifications, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), can enhance credibility and effectiveness in the role
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, can be helpful
