Who you are

  • Self-motivated technology enthusiast with software sales experience
  • Understanding of the market and ability to position our products competitively
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Quickly comprehend and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Translate technical and business requirements into deliverable solutions
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to demonstrate tailored value propositions
  • Continuous learning and problem-solving abilities
  • Apply solutions, technology, and products to business opportunities
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of Local Government, Central Government, or wider public sector preferable
  • Experience with cloud-based or SaaS platforms
  • Knowledge of CRM, E-forms, Web Portals, CMS, Engagement/Consultation Tools, or email communication tools preferable
  • Understanding of system integrations and databases
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business/technical education required
  • Two years of pre-sales experience is mandatory
  • Ability to travel for meetings including occasional trips to the US

What the job involves

  • Support the Sales team by promoting the functional and technical features and benefits of the Granicus platform suite.
  • Demonstrate products during pre-sales and post-sales meetings and support formal responses to functional and technical clarifications and tenders.
  • Assist in developing existing accounts and acquiring new client accounts by showcasing our solutions, building custom demonstrations, and supporting sales at customer events.
