Requirements

  • At least 3 years in IT or digital commerce roles delivering eCommerce implementations from discovery to launch
  • Strong hands-on expertise with BigCommerce or comparable SaaS commerce platforms such as CommerceTools or Shopify Plus
  • Knowledge of headless and composable commerce architectures with API integrations across ERP CMS PIM and OMS
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js and React
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience producing solution architectures LOEs and technical proposals
  • Proven mentoring and leadership experience coaching technical teams
  • Familiarity with MACH principles and composable commerce ecosystems
  • Working knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud Platform plus CI/CD and DevOps workflows
  • Agency or systems integrator background supporting enterprise B2B and B2C clients is preferred

Day to day

  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client goals and convert them into scalable eCommerce architectures
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to design solutions prepare proposals and produce accurate estimates
  • Demonstrate BigCommerce capabilities deliver persuasive presentations and support delivery quality through reusable assets and technical guidance
  • Enable internal teams through training mentorship and best practice development for BigCommerce and composable commerce
