Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical sales, ideally within the energy, cogeneration, biomethane, or biogas sectors
- Strong commercial acumen with a proactive approach to business development and customer engagement
- Native English speaker
- Dynamic individual with strong social skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to have
- Energy sector experience
- Industrial sector experience
Day to day
- Support the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Actively identify and engage with customers in key sectors
- Assist with contract negotiations and covering both products and operation & maintenance agreements
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare competitive offers
- Develop and maintain a robust project pipeline to achieve and exceed targets
- Maintain and update CRM, ensuring thorough information sharing across the organization and facilitating sales audits
- Represent the company at trade shows and events to expand business opportunities
- Research and analyze potential economic incentives for projects
- Continuously enhance skills and knowledge as per the company’s training plans
- Prepare tenders and manage the development of related technical documentation
