Who you are

  • 5+ years of customer facing experience in a sales engineering role or similar
  • Experience with sales technology, cloud architecture, or telephony/web conferencing systems
  • Experience with data flows, AI/ML concepts, analytics, databases, APIs/webhooks, or JSON
  • Understanding of security and privacy for SaaS systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Passion for technology and problem solving
  • Ability to simplify complex topics

What the job involves

  • Supporting and promoting our products to clients
  • Understand the client’s technical requirements, propose solutions and secure sales
  • Develop new business growth
  • Lead product demos and educate customers on implementing Revenue intelligence in Tax.com
  • Increase effectiveness, productivity and revenue growth in the Sales Team by partnering closely with Account Executives
  • Execute discovery calls, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and meetings
