Requirements
- 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field
- Understands legislation and law regulations
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting techniques on LAN, WAN & secure networks, TCP/IP and POE
- Practical experience with VMS, IP Video, cameras, lenses, focus, and white balance adjustments
- Technical understanding of product and software portfolios
- Good English level, verbal and written
- Willingness to travel with control over own agenda
Day to day
- Provide sales engineering support to customers
- Conduct product-related workshops
- Perform planning, installation, configuration, and integration services
- Coordinate product samples for testing and give technical advice
- Collaborate with product development teams and 3rd-party partners
- Analyse technical issues, provide testing, troubleshooting, and support
- Support exhibitions, fairs, product demonstrations, and training
