Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role with leadership experience
Strong understanding of Unified Communications technologies
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
What the job involves
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Engineers
Develop and implement pre-sales strategies
Oversee the design and development of customized UCaaS solutions
Support the sales team from lead qualification to deal closure
Build strong relationships with key clients
Identify opportunities to improve pre-sales processes
Promote continuous learning within the team
