Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Mathematics Statistics Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Data Scientist or related analytics role
- Strong experience in product and customer analytics with proven business impact
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one high-level programming language such as Python Scala or Java
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Experience in ETL and cloud data environments such as Azure or Microsoft Fabric is a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is preferred
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing finance HR and sales
- Strong communication teamwork and stakeholder management skills

Day to day
- Define and maintain KPIs for product health user engagement and marketplace performance
- Analyze customer behavior product usage patterns and marketplace dynamics to surface opportunities and risks
- Translate complex data into clear actionable recommendations for product and leadership teams
- Partner cross-functionally to improve data accessibility quality governance and reporting automation
- Collect clean and analyze large datasets while developing scalable data solutions and improving data architecture
