Day to day
- Provide operational support to the EDC Sales Operations team across Europe
- Assist with Sales Operations projects system and tool rollouts and process improvement initiatives
- Support the Director Sales Operations and regional managers by processing inbound requests and maintaining SharePoint FAQs documentation and training materials
