Day to day

  • Provide operational support to the EDC Sales Operations team across Europe
  • Assist with Sales Operations projects system and tool rollouts and process improvement initiatives
  • Support the Director Sales Operations and regional managers by processing inbound requests and maintaining SharePoint FAQs documentation and training materials
