Day to day
- Manage residential purchase transactions from instruction through to completion with strong ownership and autonomy.
- Identify legal title and lender issues early and resolve them proactively to keep a high volume of transactions moving.
- Liaise closely with solicitors and internal teams to minimise delays reduce fall-throughs and protect revenue.
