- Ability to sell revenue architecture to SDR Leaders RevOps and Demand Gen buyers
- Can run a real 30-day live pilot at current company
- Comfortable operating without a guaranteed base salary
- Based in Los Angeles or the West Coast
- Able to work closely in person or with tight feedback loops

Day to day
- Own the full revenue motion from pipeline creation to deal close and early customer success
- Build and run high-touch 60-day Slack pilots while learning from live objections and onboarding feedback
- Design the sales organization and revenue architecture that can scale toward the first $1M ARR
