• 2+ years of experience as Pre-Sales Engineer.
• Experience in SaaS, Security, Cloud, or Hosting Services.
• Knowledge of IT Storage software and computing architectures.
• Experience with backup software and hardware.
• Knowledge in IT system or network administration.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, resourceful, and enthusiastic.
• Effective management of time and resources.
• Strong project management skills.
• Persuasive and polished communicator.
• Effective in discussing technical issues and delivering presentations.
• Ability to absorb and develop new specialized knowledge.
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Fluent in English.

What the job involves

• Work closely with the Sales Team to execute technical pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Understand partners' and customers' requirements in Cyber Security, Data Protection, and Disaster Recovery.
• Articulate Acronis solutions' features and benefits to drive product adoption.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Acronis products and the competitive landscape.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders within prospective accounts.
• Analyze technical and business requirements of partners and customers.
• Develop business proposals and responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Conduct demos and pitch Acronis products throughout the sales cycle.
• Facilitate and manage customer evaluations and proofs of concept.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and drive issue resolution.
• Provide customer and market input to internal teams.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer of Acronis solutions to partners and customers.
