Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a Life Science field with multiple years of experience or a bachelor’s degree with long-standing experience
  • Strong prior sales experience in life science reagents or consumables with NGS application experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in prospecting territory management lead management negotiation and closing
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of customers

Nice to have

  • Laboratory experience
  • Key account experience
  • Strong presentation skills

Day to day

  • Partner with Territory Sales Managers to develop and manage accounts strategically and drive revenue growth.
  • Act as a commercial bridge between scientific interest and purchasing decisions, supporting opportunities through to closure.
  • Research market growth opportunities and build an effective business plan and sales strategy for the NGS region.
  • Maintain strategic partnerships with key customers and use internal resources to deliver strong customer satisfaction.
  • Develop client relationships by understanding short-term and long-term needs to position IDT NGS products and services effectively.
