Requirements
- Master’s degree in a Life Science field with multiple years of experience or a bachelor’s degree with long-standing experience
- Strong prior sales experience in life science reagents or consumables with NGS application experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in prospecting territory management lead management negotiation and closing
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of customers
Nice to have
- Laboratory experience
- Key account experience
- Strong presentation skills
Day to day
- Partner with Territory Sales Managers to develop and manage accounts strategically and drive revenue growth.
- Act as a commercial bridge between scientific interest and purchasing decisions, supporting opportunities through to closure.
- Research market growth opportunities and build an effective business plan and sales strategy for the NGS region.
- Maintain strategic partnerships with key customers and use internal resources to deliver strong customer satisfaction.
- Develop client relationships by understanding short-term and long-term needs to position IDT NGS products and services effectively.
