Remote Sales Support Analyst Job in UK Getronics

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field
• Proven experience in Sales Operations (3 to 5 years)
• Proven stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines consistently
• Critical thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, and strategic planning
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.com and data visualization
• Excellent level of Excel usage
• Experience on Incentive Compensation Management platform (Varicent, Xactly, SAP, Amalia, Beqom or any other) would be a plus
• Competency in other Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Must be comfortable with developing relationships across all levels of the enterprise
• Should be able to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English, French language would be a plus
• Good level of autonomy

What the job involves

• Support multiple Getronics regions, training and auditing sales representatives
• Analyze sales trends through central dashboards to support achieving sales quotas
• Produce and present ad-hoc sales reports, evaluating sales performance and ensuring data accuracy in Salesforce.com
