Who you are

• Excellent understanding of Salesforce functionality
• Experience from a range of projects with 100+ users
• One or more Consultant level Certifications (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud)
• Knowledge of Agile working practices particularly Scrum
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Comfortable communicating technical issues in simple language
• Ability to solve complex problems and summarise findings concisely
• Accomplished communicator with strong written verbal and presentation skills
• Friendly customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work well in a diverse team
• Initiative-taking and motivated to progress career
• Technical aptitude and interest in technology

Desirables

• Certified B-Corporation
• Net Zero Cloud experience

What the job involves

• Use your knowledge of the Salesforce platform to define design build and deploy best-in-class functionality for customers ensuring that what's developed maximises the potential of standard features while ensuring customisation is completed in a way which is low-code but high-quality
• Confidently lead client-facing meetings and workshops from requirements gathering through to demonstrations
