Who you are

  • Experience across Finance and IT - qualifications in finance/project management/business analysis is beneficial
  • Proven success working on Salesforce projects and integrating across other Finance & IT systems
  • Experience optimising Salesforce across a business
  • Experience working with NetSuite strongly preferred

What the job involves

  • Lead Salesforce project from requirements definition through implementation and delivery, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation and stakeholder management.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other finance and business systems, including Netsuite, Avalara, OneStream.
  • Perform Salesforce health check, and advise on Salesforce customisation, integrations, performance and workflows.
  • Ensure capability of Salesforce across financial tasks including business forecasting, multiyear contracts, reporting revenue recognition and more.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources.
  • Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Analyse project progress and adapt scope, timelines, and costs when necessary.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform business analyst tasks if no other resources are available.
  • Work with other project managers and key stakeholders across Finance, IT and other teams to ensure proper resource management and prioritisation in alignment with group-wide initiatives.
