Who you are

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with an email marketing platform
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS required
  • Knowledge of SQL fundamentals and the ability to update and maintain Relational Data Models preferred
  • Experience with SOAP and REST API integrations is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce products particularly Marketing Cloud and CRM
  • Understanding of the data privacy landscape (e.g. CAN-SPAM CCPA GDPR CASL) and the importance of PII
  • Prior experience in project/program management and familiarity with Agile Methodology and Jira
  • Effective communication skills capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for learning new technologies
  • Collaborative innovative and flexible team-oriented mindset



What the job involves

  • Support end-to-end SFMC processes including complex campaign setup maintenance system administration and data hygiene
  • Develop and maintain email templates using HTML/CSS MJML and AMPScript
  • Create SQL queries and filters for precise audience segmentation
  • Design and execute multi-touch customer journeys using SFMC
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for teams using SFMC including managing support cases with Salesforce
  • Support the technical development of data integrations and process automations
  • Maintain data hygiene according to industry best practices
  • Proactively suggest process and system improvements to enhance SFMC’s functionality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from marketing product legal and finance to define technical requirements create prototypes test deploy document and report on performance
  • Bring expertise in personalization and marketing automation to create dynamic email content and segmentation rules to customize marketing campaigns
  • Evangelize the spirit of transformation across the team to ensure continuous improvement in our marketing operations
  • Establish strong relationships across partners (business creative MarTech data operations) to deliver efficient and effective campaigns
