Who you are
Minimum of 3 years of experience with an email marketing platform
Proficiency in HTML/CSS required
Knowledge of SQL fundamentals and the ability to update and maintain Relational Data Models preferred
Experience with SOAP and REST API integrations is a plus
Experience with Salesforce products particularly Marketing Cloud and CRM
Understanding of the data privacy landscape (e.g. CAN-SPAM CCPA GDPR CASL) and the importance of PII
Prior experience in project/program management and familiarity with Agile Methodology and Jira
Effective communication skills capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a passion for learning new technologies
Collaborative innovative and flexible team-oriented mindset
What the job involves
Support end-to-end SFMC processes including complex campaign setup maintenance system administration and data hygiene
Develop and maintain email templates using HTML/CSS MJML and AMPScript
Create SQL queries and filters for precise audience segmentation
Design and execute multi-touch customer journeys using SFMC
Troubleshoot and resolve issues for teams using SFMC including managing support cases with Salesforce
Support the technical development of data integrations and process automations
Maintain data hygiene according to industry best practices
Proactively suggest process and system improvements to enhance SFMC’s functionality
Collaborate with stakeholders from marketing product legal and finance to define technical requirements create prototypes test deploy document and report on performance
Bring expertise in personalization and marketing automation to create dynamic email content and segmentation rules to customize marketing campaigns
Evangelize the spirit of transformation across the team to ensure continuous improvement in our marketing operations
Establish strong relationships across partners (business creative MarTech data operations) to deliver efficient and effective campaigns
