Manage a dedicated Salesforce product team supported by third-party vendors, tailoring the platform to meet business requirements, ensuring data integrity, and integrating it with other systems, applications, and services
Oversee the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud), aligning it with business goals and customer management strategies
Lead enhancement and maintenance projects ensuring seamless execution and delivery
Develop and maintain a comprehensive backlog of enhancements and fixes, prioritising according to business impact and need
