- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into Salesforce configuration and functional solutions
- Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative configuration and platform capabilities
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients business users technical teams and internal stakeholders
- Solid Salesforce Admin foundation with a desire to build technical depth
- Comfort working in a growth-stage environment with limited structure
- Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly across Salesforce products Financial Services workflows and partner solutions
- Practical client-centered mindset with the ability to balance technical possibility with usefulness adoptability and sustainability
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
