Requirements

  • 3 to 6+ years in Salesforce pre-sales solution engineering or consulting
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture configuration and integration capabilities
  • Experience working for an ISV or within the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem is highly desirable
  • Confident presenter with strong storytelling and demonstration skills
  • Commercially aware and able to translate technical functionality into business outcomes
  • Salesforce certifications preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth environment

Day to day

  • Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and shape winning strategies
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand prospect requirements and business objectives
  • Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations on the Salesforce platform
  • Articulate technical and business value propositions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs and create proof-of-concepts and solution designs
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams and support handover to implementation teams
