Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with Inductive Automation Ignition including Perspective or Vision UDTs transaction groups alarm pipelines gateway architecture and tags
- Industrial controls and PLC background with real-world programming and integration experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical power systems including UPS diesel generators BESS switchgear transformers and grid interfaces
- Experience with OPC-UA Modbus TCP RTU and MQTT Sparkplug B plus Unified Namespace design
- SCADA or EMS architecture from scratch including redundancy historian and network segmentation
- Ability to standardize templatize and deploy designs repeatably across multiple sites

- Ignition certification
- Python scripting
Day to day
- Design and deploy a standardized Ignition SCADA/EMS platform for data center power and energy monitoring.
- Build reusable applications with UDTs templates and Perspective or Vision screens for electrical systems across multiple sites.
- Integrate PLCs meters relays and industrial protocols to provide real-time status alarming trends and reliable fleet-wide deployments.
