Requirements
- 8+ years supporting SCADA OT or ICS environments in the electric utility industry
- Strong knowledge of Layer 2 Layer 3 switching routing VLANs inter-VLAN routing and IP networking
- Experience implementing and maintaining industrial firewall solutions
- Experience supporting SCADA communications and Distribution Automation systems
- Experience planning or implementing IPv4 and IPv6 network migrations
- Familiarity with utility communication protocols such as DNP3 IEC 61850 and Modbus
- Experience supporting substation communications and OT infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting skills across networking communications and SCADA environments

Day to day
- Design and support SCADA and OT network infrastructure for electric utility operations.
- Perform testing and validation for Distribution Automation communications and SCADA upgrades.
- Implement network segmentation firewall protections IPv4 IPv6 migrations and substation connectivity improvements.
- Troubleshoot routing switching and communications issues across complex OT environments while supporting commissioning and deployment.
