Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences medicine psychology public health health outcomes research or related discipline
- 8+ years in qualitative and mixed-methods research measurement science patient experience evidence COA PRO or related disciplines
- Scientific leadership experience in pharmaceutical CRO consultancy academic or healthcare settings
- Deep expertise in qualitative research within clinical development and regulated clinical trials
- Strong understanding of FDA EMA and HTA perspectives
- Proven ability to develop methodologies frameworks standards and best practices
- Established subject-matter expertise shown through publications presentations or leadership activities
- Strong scientific communication and client-facing leadership skills
- Experience contributing to scientific strategy capability development or service advancement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Day to day
- Lead qualitative and mixed-methods research programmes with strong scientific rigour and innovation
- Advise clients on evidence-generation strategies study design patient experience data collection and interpretation
- Develop and refine scientific methodologies frameworks and best practices across the organisation
- Identify emerging regulatory and methodological trends and translate them into improved scientific approaches
- Support proposals client discussions business growth and new service development through scientific leadership
- Mentor scientific colleagues and represent the company externally through publications presentations and partnerships
