Who you are

• Proven experience on AI delivery projects and familiarity with AI concepts
• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach delivering digital products with Agile methods and practices
• Proficiency in using various techniques to focus plans and roadmaps on value
• Ability to work closely with technical team members to plan an appropriate approach
• Experience aligning multiple teams of differing Agile maturity levels
• Track record of delivering products and services in line with Government Digital Services (GDS) standards and methods
• Ability to quickly embed and gather trust within established teams to enable rapid improvements and an increased pace of delivery
• Experience scaling Agile across multiple teams and locations, with dependencies on other programs and external partners or clients
• Expertise in coaching multiple teams in Agile ways of working
• Strong understanding of software development practices and Agile software testing techniques
• Proficiency in backlog tracking, burn-up/burn-down metrics, velocity, etc. (using ADO, JIRA, or similar)
• Active involvement in Agile communities
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams
• Ability to facilitate the transition from traditional Waterfall to Agile working, understanding both cultures and how to gain stakeholder buy-in
• Proven ability to lead transformation to Agile practices or continuous improvements in newly established organizations
• Proactive in raising issues and driving change
• Passionate about learning new things and improving existing challenges
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Eligibility for SC Clearance is essential
